Jobs Behind the Tempe Crew

The same crew that answers a Tempe call ran these. Photographs are from Quest jobs across the service area, not staged, and not stock.

Building in Tempe

Tempe is landlocked and effectively built out, so almost everything we do here is infill, remodel or addition rather than new ground. Lots are small and neighbours are close, which makes staging, dust control and working hours part of the plan rather than an afterthought.

Much of the stock around the university is 1950s to 1970s ranch, a good deal of it converted to rental over the years. We frequently find layered work from earlier owners: a bathroom redone three times, circuits added without permit. We price the discovery honestly rather than pretending a wall will open clean.

Several older Tempe neighbourhoods sit on alleys, which can be an advantage for access if we plan for it. Shade and west-facing glass matter enormously here, so window and insulation upgrades tend to pay back faster than they would elsewhere in the valley.
