Building in Queen Creek

Queen Creek has grown quickly, and that shows in what we are asked to build. Lots are generally larger than the inner valley, and a good share of our work involves shops, casitas, extended garages and outdoor living space that simply would not fit on a Tempe or Scottsdale lot.

Parcels toward the edges of town can still be on well and septic, and utility runs are longer than most homeowners expect. We survey those runs before quoting rather than after, because a trench across a hundred and fifty feet of ground is a real line item and not a rounding error.

Much of the housing is recent enough to remain under some form of builder coverage. Where that is the case we say so plainly and help sort what belongs to the original builder from what is genuinely ours to take on.
