Buckeye permits through its own development services department, and it has been among the fastest-growing cities in the country for several years running. The practical effect is that the housing stock here is the newest we work on anywhere in the valley.

Verrado, Sundance, Festival Ranch and the tracts around them are recent production work. Structural problems are rare; what people call us for is what the builder did not include. Shade is the first thing — the lots are open and west-facing exposure here is punishing, so ramadas, extended patios and pergolas make up a large share of the work.

Buckeye is geographically enormous and a job on the far side of the city is a real drive for a crew and for every delivery. We plan material drops in fewer, larger loads and stage them on site rather than running the road four times a day.
